Hello, I'm Dr. Rodgers!

Dr. Taeisha Rodgers

Dr. Rodgers is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for Pre-Marital, Married, and Divorced couples. She obtained her Doctoral degree from Arizona State University in Behavioral Health, her Master’s degree in Counselor Education and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. She has extensive experience working with young adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and life challenges. She has an empathetic and genuine ability to connect with clients, which allows her to work effectively with adults. She works eclectically to suit the needs of her clients and utilizes skills from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Her clinical vision is to ensure her office atmosphere is a safe, non-judgmental space and she strives to create a warm and welcoming environment for the clients she serves, while promoting a safe space for healing.


Lanique Ervin, PLPC

LaNique is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Certified WRAP facilitator. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders from Jackson State University. She has experience working with adults in a wide range of ages and has a wide variety of experience working with clients experiencing crisis or disruption in their lives. Using a person-centered approach, LaNique works collaboratively with each client to define their clinical goals, while celebrating each client's resiliency as they work through each layer of their challenges. She actively supports her clients by providing empathy, safety, and warmth. Her passion for witnessing the growth in her clients has fueled her to provide quality services and support for those who are having difficulty navigating life’s challenges. LaNique believes that it is sometimes difficult to understand ourselves and the choices we make, therefore she is committed to utilizing a variety of approaches to aid individuals in discovering their purpose and to live a more fulfilled life.

Nathan Carroll, plpc

Nathan is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Mississippi. He is well-versed in providing treatment using evidence-based practices in a way that is relatable and effective. Nathan is skilled in assisting teens, college students, and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, interpersonal and intrapersonal conflict. Nathan believes in an empathetic, collaborative approach to therapy, one which is accepting and provides a safe environment for self-exploration. Using a Person-Centered Approach, Nathan believes in meeting clients where they are by providing empathy, active listening, immediacy, genuineness, and having unconditional positive regard. In order to facilitate meaningful change, he utilizes other treatment modalities such as Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques, and Solution Focused Therapy. Life is like a rollercoaster; it has some ups and downs. However, Nathan is committed to assisting his clients navigate life’s challenges and providing insightful feedback to help them discover new solutions to old patterns.


Javaris Rodgers, MPH, CPLC


Javaris is a Certified Professional Life Coach, mental health ambassador, and an advocate for individual personal growth. He obtained his Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University in Public Health and his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Mississippi. Through his education in Public Health, he has developed a passion that aims to strengthen and improve individual health for overall growth. He has personally battled with feeling stuck, having goals and being unsure of how to reach them. However, through life experiences, it is his desire to help individuals unlock all of their untapped potential and guide individuals to becoming the best version of themselves. Think of Javaris as a handrail on a flight of steps! The rail is there to support you and keep you from slipping and falling backwards, but when used correctly, it can help guide you to your next phase of your life. His holistic approach brings transparency, direction, and support for each client, so they can make strides to achieve the results they are looking for. Through goal setting and accountability, each client can reach their own goals and dreams, while maximizing their potential. Ultimately, Javaris has a desire to help his clients unlock their untapped potential and guide them in becoming the best version of themselves.
