We are hiring for multiple therapist positions for in-person and/or virtual counseling sessions in Southaven or Oxford Mississippi!!
We are looking for licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) or provisionally licensed (P-LPC) therapists who enjoy a team centered approach, control over their own schedule, working with clients they have a passion to work with, and are eager to continue to grow clinically.

This position provides face to face counseling: individual, group, adults, children, and families. Mindsight clinicians are responsible for maintaining your own caseload, completing all required documentation as governed by insurance and company policy.
As a behavioral health clinician, you are often times the first point of contact for our clients. This means you should always be professional, friendly, and empathetic to client needs.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in face to face interactions as well as on social media.
Complete intake assessments which include documentation such as Mental Status Exams, Biopsychosocial, etc.
Effectively create and carry out treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
Communicate with referral sources as well as Primary Care Physicians after initial intake as well as every 90 days as required by insurance.
Complete progress notes within 48 hours of time of service.
Complete timesheet daily reflecting the billable hours worked.
Maintain client’s charts and keep complete and correct documentation.
Complete discharge summaries as required by insurance.
Develop rapport with clients in order to facilitate a healthy professional relationship.
Exercise sound clinical and professional judgement.
Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or related field and licensed or provisionally licensed in the state of Mississippi and from a CACREP Accredited Program (LPC, P-LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
Knowledge and clinical experience with children, teens, and/or adults with mental health issues (trauma, anxiety, transitional issues, parenting, depression, borderline personality disorder, etc.)
Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts. Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
